TidyBlock Poop Refresh “3 Free Months of Dog Poop Cleanup” Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This promotion is run by TidyBlock Poop Refresh, a Las Vegas–based dog waste cleanup company. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to Las Vegas, Nevada residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of TidyBlock Poop Refresh are not eligible. Free contest winner service provided only in Las Vegas NV areas served by TidyBlock.

3. Contest Period

Entries open Sunday, November 23, 2025, and close at 2 PM Pacific on Monday, December 1, 2025. Entries received after the deadline are not valid.

4. How to Enter

Complete the official entry form and agree to receive contest-related SMS and phone updates from TidyBlock Poop Refresh. Limit one (1) entry per household. Automated or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Referral Option: After entering, participants may share the giveaway entry link with as many eligible Las Vegas friends as they like. If any of those referred friends enter and one of them wins, the original referrer will also win the same prize. Referring friends is optional and does not increase an entrant’s own odds of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Three (3) months of free weekly dog poop cleanup
• One (1) visit per week for up to two dogs
• Two (2) complimentary yard deodorizing treatments during the 3-month period

Approximate retail value: $489.

Service must take place at a single residential address within TidyBlock Poop Refresh’s Las Vegas service area.

If the winner was referred by another entrant, the referrer will also receive the same prize under identical terms.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time from all eligible entries received by the deadline.

The winner will be notified by text message and/or phone call within one (1) business day and must claim the prize within three (3) business days. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond in time, another winner may be drawn.

The confirmed winner will also be announced publicly on TidyBlock Poop Refresh’s Facebook page and other social media accounts.

7. Prize Conditions

The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or substituted. All standard TidyBlock Poop Refresh service policies apply. Missed or skipped cleanups do not roll over. Both deodorizing treatments must be used within the 3-month prize period.

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:

• Allow TidyBlock Poop Refresh to take and use promotional photos or videos of the winner, their dogs, and their yard (including before-and-after cleanup photos) and publish the same on social media accounts.

• Leave a public review of their experience after their first service on Google and up to 3 other platforms.

These materials may be used in marketing, social media, or on TidyBlock Poop Refresh’s website without additional compensation.

8. Follow-Up Communications

By entering, participants consent to receive text messages or phone calls from TidyBlock Poop Refresh regarding this contest and related offers, whether or not they win. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing hello@tidyblock.co. Consent is not a condition of purchase or winning.

9. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Publicity

By entering, participants allow TidyBlock Poop Refresh to use their first name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes, including public announcement of the winner, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. General Terms

TidyBlock Poop Refresh may cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical issues, or other events compromise its fairness or operation. All decisions by TidyBlock Poop Refresh are final.
